Legal Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Com- mission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a pub- lic hearing to consider a request for a conditional use permit sub- mitted by Russ and Jeanne Pear- son, South Haven Minn., within the requirements of Sections 4.8 and 6.51 of the Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #209, to site and construct a 39.5 kw wind energy conversion sys- tem (wind tower).
