There wi]] be six sessions I offeredincludingLawn CareThrough the Seasons, Pruning Trees and Shrubs, Garden Color from Spring to Fall, Growing Clematis, Rain Bar- rels, and Diagnosing Plant Prob- lems. The sessions will all be taught by Steams County Master Gardeners with expertise in the topic they pres- ent or by the county horticulturist. Each person that participates in the Gardening Knowledge for Free workshop  have the opportunity to attend three sessions. Some of the sessions will be presented more than once to provide an opportunity for everyone to attend the sessions they choose. The workshop is free, but participants must register by calling Steams County Extension at (320) 255-6169 or (800) 450-6171. This will make it possible to determine the number of times to offer each topic. Registration is limited to 70 partici- pants so register soon. Plan to participate in the Gar- dening Knowledge for Free work- shop at Whitney Senior Center Sat- urda Feb. 20. Registration will take place from 8:15 to 8:30 a.m., followed by three one-hour sessions. There is no cost for the workshop, but you must pre-register by calling Steams County Extension. Coffee and rolls will be available for a free-willdona- tion to the Whitney Senior Center coffee fund.
