Said Ordinance does not allow additions or alterations to struc- tures located in the shore impact zone and allows for maximum impervious lot coverage of 25 per- cent in the Shoreland Overlay and R-1 Zoning Districts. To consider a variance request submitted by Michael & Barbara Manuel, Maple Lake, MN from Section 9.9.10 and 10.2.17 B(1) of the Stearns County Zoning Ordi- nance #209 to construct a 16 foot by 40 foot deck on an existing structure on a lot of record that is at 69 percent impervious lot cov- erage. Said Ordinance allows for a maximum of impervious lot cover- age of 25 percent in the Shoreland Overlay and R-1 Zoning Districts. Legal Notice OPEN HOUSE MEETING ON CSAH 27 Meeker CountyHighwayDepart- ment will hold an informal open house to discuss improvements and obtain comments on the proposed improvements of County State Aid Highway 27 from the East Kingston City Limits to the East County line in Kingston Township.
