16 KIMBALL Tri-County News--Thursday, Apri| 11, 1991 City & Township Notices LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday the 29th day of April, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, Kimball, Minnesota, to consider proposed municipal water system improvements including new well, water treatment facility, and watermain extensions and looping. The estimated total cost of the improvement is $636,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvements is all parcels of land abutting proposed or existing municipal watermains. Any person wishing to be heard concerning the proposed improvements shall have the opportunity to present comments to the City Council at this meeting. I)ianne H. The area to be assessed is all parcels of land abutting proposed or existing municipal watermains. The total amount of the proposed assessment is $183,041.25. The proposed assessment role is on file with the City Clerk and is open to public inspection. Written or oral objections will be considered at the hearing. NO appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.981, subdivision 2, unless written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City Clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the bearing.
