High winds spread the fire rapidly, even though a thunderstorm was passing through at the time. 20 years ago A study to learn how to increase the size of the bluegills is being launched this fishing season by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources fisheries research biologists. At Carnelian Lake north of Kimball, the daily and possession limit of sunfish and bluegills will be 10. If in six years the regulation is working it may be adopted for other Minnesota lakes. 30 years ago Over 35 ladies were honored at the Kimball Golf Course on Wednesday, April 23, for Secretaries Day.
