This is the second year the Watkins Uons has put together this event, along with the Little Miss Watkins royalty. After their deliveries, residents throughout Hilltop could be heard commenting on how wonderful it was to have these sweet girls deliver a basket to them. The girls had fun too. Val was a long-time teacher at Eden Valley High School, starting in 1958, the year his football team there was undefeated. Joan will be a resident at Hilltop for a few more weeks.
