Wednesday: Chef salad: tur- key, ham, cheese on lettuce/salad dressing, tomato & cucumber slices, muffin/margarine, 2" bar, milk. Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, dinner roll/mar- garine, 2" pudding dessert, milk. Friday: Chicken chow mein, rice/chow mein noodles, Orien- tal vegetables, Mandarin oranges, cookie, milk. Suggested donation for those 60 or older is $4, under 60 is $7. Eden Valley diners are served at the Civic Center (attached to the city offices building), and should reserve a meal by calling The- resa Schlangen at (320) 453-8375. Watkins diners are served at St. Anthony Manor, and should call Peggi Gohman at (320) 764-5615 for reservation by 1 p.m. the day before your meal. Both sites serve at 11:30 a.m. Mon- day through Friday. This service is through Lutheran Social Ser- vice, funded in part by a contract from the Area Agency on Aging with funding from the Federal Older Americans Act through the Minnesota Board on Aging. Kimball Senior Dining_ May 23-27 Monday: Chicken tetrazzini, candied sweet potatoes, fresh veggies w/ranch dip, wheat dinner roll, sliced pears. Tuesday: Swiss steak, onion roasted potatoes, beets, wheat bread, cookie. Wednesday: Beef tips in gravy, egg noodles, French cut green beans, lettuce salad, warm fruit compote. Thursday: Roast turkey, whipped potatoes w/gravy, coun- try trio vegetables, wheat bread, carrot cake. Friday-Bingo: Porcupine meat- balls, baked potato w/sour cream, peas in cream sauce, wheat dinner roll, sweetened strawberries. Euchre anytime there are enough players 1% milk is served with every meal. Menu is subject to change. As of Jan. 1, 2014, suggested contri- bution for persons 60+ and volun- teers is $7.50-$4, or what you can afford. Guest~ under 60 pay $7.50.
