l Pa el4 Le00als g Government Local crime blotters Wright County Sheriff's Office May 27, Craig Timothy Beckr, 26 of Howard Lake, was arrested in Howard Lake on the charge of domestic assault and domestic assault by strangulation. May 27, Dakota Levi Ogaard- Johnson, 18 of Darwin, was arres:ed in Annandale on the charges of fifth- degree assault, fourth-degree crimp nal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. May 28, Bernard Glenn Sansoucie, 35 of Annandale, was arrested in Buf- falo on a Wright County warrant for fugitive from justice. There were 23 property-damage accidents, 7 personal-injury accidents, and 7 car-deer accidents. There were 11 arrests for DWI, 13 underage-consumptlon arrests, 2 school bus stop-arm violations, and 43 tickets for miscellaneous traffic vio- lations reported this week. Meeker County Sheriff's Office Sunday. lune 2 12:07 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance and Eden Valley Rescue to a medical on MN Highway 22 North, Stearns County. The individual was treated at the scene. There was no transport. 12:24 p.m. the Sheriffs Office while on patrol located an animal close to US Highway 12, Darwin Township. The deputy was able to get the goat back into its secured area. 6:30 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of harassment at a residence on Watkins Trailer Park, City of Watkins. The deputy made con- tact with both parties and there were no further issues. 8:52 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a request to check the welfare of an individual at a residence on 1st Street, City of Watkins. The dep- uty made contact with the juvenile who was found to be okay. Saturday, |une 1 12:05 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious activity near a residence on 650th Ave- nue, Forest Prairie Township. Deputies checked the area and residence and after investigation, cited an individual for minor consumption. 6:08 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched Watkins Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at St. Anthony Manor, Church Street, City of Watldns. One individual was trans- ported to St. Cloud Hospital. 7:07 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an animal complaint at a residence on 365th Street, Forest Prairie Township. The owner of the animals was given a warning and retrieved his animals. 3:43 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of theft of gas from ]ack's BP on Veterans Drive, Watldns. Friday. May 3"1 10:15 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint on Lake Francis, Kingston Township.. 10:17 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a dog complaint in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. Upon the deputy's arrival the dog was no lon- gerin the area. 4:03 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Eden Valley Rescue and Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on State Street North, Eden Valley. One individual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital. 11:18 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to assist the Eden Valley Police Department with a report of a possible probation violation at the Valley Inn, State Street North in Eden Valley. Thursday. May 30 10:52 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm at Miliner Heri- tage Winery, MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as it was a false alarm. 8:13 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to assist an individual near the intersection of 1st Street and Stearns Avenue, City of Watkins. The deputy made contact with the party who was advised options and there were no further issues. 10:50 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a property damage acci- dent with a deer near a residence on 732nd Avenue, North Kingston Town- ship. The deputy removed the deer carcass debris from the roadway and the driver and motorcycle were able to return home with minor damage to the vehicle. Wednesday. May 29 9:02 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of possible child mal- treatment at a residence on 602nd Ave- nue, Manannah Township. The infor- mation was referred to Meeker County Social Services and the Eden Valley Police Department. 12:03 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to an illegal dumping com- plaint near the intersection of 325th Street and MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The items had been picked up prior to the deputy's arrival and there was nothing to identify any sus- pects. 3:54 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a semi in the ditch near a residence on 31Bth Street, Kingston Township. The vehicle had sunk into soft ground while reversing The driver was able to get the vehicle out without damage. '4:05 p.m. the Sheriffs Office received information of suspicious activity near the intersection of MN Highway 15 and 235th Street, Dassel. The found propertywas removed from property owned by the City of Dassel and is being held for safekeeping. 5:34 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a med- ical at a residence on Central Avenue South, Watkins. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 11:31 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of unsafe condi- tions on MN Highway 24 near County State Aid Highway 2, Forest City Town- ship. Upon arrival the deputy removed a dead deer from the roadway. Tuesday, May28 8:28 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a theft from a residence on Central Avenue North, Watldns. 8:44 a.m. a Sheriff's Deputy came across a car/deer accident near' the intersection of 218th Street and MN Highway 15, Collinwood Township. The vehicle was not a road hazard and no injuries Were reported. 12:28 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a med- ical at the Kimball Elementary School, East Hazel Street, Kimball. One indi- vidual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 5:30 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Eden Valley Rescue and Watldns Ambulance to a medical at a residence on State Street North, Eden Valley. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. Monday. May 27 12:04 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched the Eden Valley Fire Depart- ment, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriffs Office, for a report of a brush fire at a residence on MN High- way 22 North, Eden Lake Township. The Eden Valley Fire Department was able to put the fire out without incident. 6:40 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to the report of a suspicious person walking around the area of 1st Street and Western Avenue in Wat- kins. The deputy checked the area and was unable to locate anyone out walk- ingin the area or around town. 9:00 a.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a stray dog complaint at a residence on 312th Street in Kingston Township. The deputy was unable to catch the stray dog at this time. 1:15 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to the report of a vehicle that hit a deer on County State Aid Highway 2 near 320th Street in Forest City Town- ship.
