6th grade now at high school II PAGE 11 June 16, 2016 The high school office omitted two names from the Honor Roll printed last week. Here is the corrected honor roll list, with apologies from the school for two omissions (marked with an asterisk*) in the original published list. Kimball Elementary sixth-graders were given the day off school Wednesday, May 25, in order to help move their classrooms over to the high school. A few brave souls volunteered to help with the move. The Elementary School is running out of space, and the solution was to move three classrooms- students, teachers, furniture, books and materials- into available classrooms in the junior high commons area of the high school. Because of the move, both sixth-graders and fifth-graders celebrated with graduation ceremonies at the end of this school year. This year's fifth-graders will be in sixth grade at the high school next year. Teachers and administration have been planning this for months, and it should be a smooth transition for all.
