June 21, Vickii Katherine Fragosa, of Clearwater, was arrested in Monticello on the charges of third- degree burglary, possession of bur- ~ary tools and theft. June 22, Cassandra Faye Janisch, t6 of Annandale, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant For fourth-degree assault violations. June 23, Justin Louis Wittstock, 19 af Cokato, was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. There were 32 property-damage accidents, 5 personal-injury accidents, hit-and-run accidents, and 8 car- deer accidents. There were 5 arrests for DWI, 5 underage-consumption arrests, and 64 tickets for miscellaneous traffic vio - lations reported this week. Meeker County Sheriff's Office Sunday, lune 26, 2016 1:57 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious ctivity at a residence on 365th Street in North Kingston Township. The depu- ties made contact with several individ- uals and Citations for minor consump- tion were issued, a report was ~ed and Michael David Jarl, age 24, of Dassel, was arrested on a Stearns County mis- demeanor warrant for driving while intoxicated. Also dispatched were the Watkins Ambulance and Kimball Rescue Squad for a medical where one Lndividual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital. 2:00 a.m. the Sheriffs Office :esponded to a driving complaint near abe intersection of 240th Street and MN Highway 22, Litchfield Township. The deputies located the vehicle and after investigation arrested the driver Cody Wayne Schabert, age 18, of Litchfield, for third-degree Driving While Intoxicated and third-degree Driving While Intoxicated .08 or more and Failing to Keep to the Right. 4:06 p.n'u the Sheriffs Office dis- patched the Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 83rd Avenue, Steams County. One individual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital 10:46 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a fireworks complaint near a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, City of Watkins. The deputy checked the area and found everything to be quiet. Saturday. lune 25 12:44 am. the Sheriff's Office responded to assist the Eden Valley Police Department with a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Brooks Street South, Clty ofEden Valley. 6:35 a.m. the Sheriff's Office was responding to a commerc'ml burglar alarm on Logeais Street, Eden Valle3 but was cancelled due to it being a false alarm. 11:28 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched the Dassel Rescue and Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance to a report of vehicle submerged in a pond on County State Aid Highway 6, Dassel Township. The occupants of the vehicle returned and there were no injuries. A state accident report was filed by the deputy. 12:52 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched the Watkins Ambulance to a residence on Church Street North in Eden Valley. One individual was trans- ported to the Paynesville Hospital. 1:38 p.m. the Sheriffs Office received a request for a deer possession tag on 675th Avenue, Forest City Township. The info was passed on to the MN Department of Natural Resources. 1:56 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched the Eden Valley Rescue Squad to a medical at Rice Lake, Steams County. 2:40 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a gas drive-off at a business on Service Road North, Watkins. The deputy contacted the owner of the vehide and they returned to pay for thegas. 5:06 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of unsafe condi- tions near the intersection of County State Aid Highway 4 and 280th Street in Kingston Township. The MeekerCounty Highway Department was contacted to have the tree and debris removed and there were no further issues. 5:27 p.n the Sheriffs Office responded to a request to check the wel- fare of an individual at a residence on County State Aid Highway 19 in North Kingston Township. The deputy made contact with the homeowner and every- thing found to be fine. Friday. lune 24 12:57 am. the Sheriffs Office responded to a report of a rtmaway at an address on 305th Street, Forest City Township. Thursday. lune 23 4:37 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance for a med- ical at a residence on MN Highway 55 in Maine Prairie Township Steams County. One individual was trans- ported to St. Cloud Hospital. 9:18 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched the Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Church Street, Watkins. One individual was trans- ported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 2:35 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a business on 278th Street in Watkins. Everything was determined to be fine. 4:42 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the Eden Valley Police Department at a residence on Douglas Drive in Eden Valley. 5:24 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched the Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Central Avenue South in Watkins. One individual was treated at the scene and no transport was needed. 7:12 p.m. the Sheriffs Office, per the request of Stearns Count, dispatched Watkins Ambulance and Eden Valley Rescue for a medical at an address on Browns Lake Road, Eden Lake Township. One individual was trans- ported to the St Cloud Hospital. 9:00 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to assist the Steams County Sheriff in attempting to locate an indi- vidual at an address on 743rd Avenue, Kingston Township. Wednesday. lune 22 2:01 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm at an address on MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The deputy found that it was a false alarm. 7:37 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched the Eden Valley Rescue Squad and Watkins Ambulance to a medi- cal on Hutcheson Avenue East in Eden Valley. One individual was transported to the Paynesville Ambulance. 10:12 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a domestic sit- uation at a residence in the Watkins Trailer park in Watkins. Timothy Albin Dobis, age 52 of Watkins, was arrested on domestic assault charges. Watkius Ambulance was also dispatched to the residence, no transport was needed. Tuesday. ltme 21 10:30 a.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to and dispatched the Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Church Street, Watkins. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 1:22 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched the Eden Valley Rescue Squad and Watkins Ambulance who along with the Sheriff's Office Paramedics responded to a medical at a residence on Rose Avenue East in Eden Valley. One individual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital. 9:34 p.m. the Sheriffs Office took information on a possible theft from a residence on County State Aid Highway 19 in Kingston. 11:13 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took information on a driving complaint southbound on 667th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy found that the vehicle was no longer in the area.
