We appreciate your great support in the many more years to come of Old Settlers day in Fairhaven. This years kiddie petal trac- tor pull had 119 kids participate. Sponsors of this event were the Fairhaven Lions, the Old Settler Committee, the Kimball Booster Club and Dr. Pepper who provided the pop. Results of the petal pull. Haven Seven years old First: Jolie.Uecker of Annandale Second: Presley Kenning of Annandale Third: Erin Uecker of Annandale Eight years old First: Braxton Edmunson of Kimball Second: Kindalyn Schmidt of Sauk Rapids The Fair Haven Old Settlers picnic day was great and well attendedZ The parade had many partici- pants and lasted almost one hour. The oldest man attending was Ken Rudolph, 95, from Annandale. The oldest woman attending: Ruby Geislinger, 90, from Annandale. The young- est child attending: Jaci Marie Schindele six days old from Fair Haven. The greatest distance traveled was by a clown (Sponge Bob) who traveled 80 miles. The newliest married couple there Was Pat and Christine Jensen of 3 years, and the longest married couple was Art and Ruby Geislinger of 71 years. See photos on page 8.
