Antique Treasures Roadshow 8424. The American Association of Museums accredits the Stea- rns History Museum and Research Center and is the only one to reach this standard in Greater Minne- sota. It is located at 235 33rd Ave- nue South in St. ClSud. Kimball Days parade units wanted Come join the Kimball Days Parade. It's planned for 2 p.m. Sun- day, Aug. 14. The line up is at 1 p.m. at St. Anne's parking lot, the north entrance. Entry fee is $25. St. Cloud antique and collect- ible specialists, David Seutter and Tom Thrush, will be available to inspect your antique treasure and give their opinions. If you're a fan of PBS' Antique Roadshow or the History Channel's American Pick- ers, you are in for a treat. The first of two Antique Trea- sure Roadshows will be held at the Stearns History Museum, 235 33rd Avenue South, St. Cloud, from 6:30-9 p.m. Wednesday, July 20. A second Roadshow will be held at Melrose Monday night, Sept. 26. It will be co-sponsored with the Melrose Area Historical Society. Admission is a $5 cash dona- tion or equivalent non-perishable food items for St. Cloud Area Food Shelves. We ask that those who participate limit items to two per person. (320) 398-5000 Watkin s Red Cross Bood Drive JUly 27 The Red Cross Blood Drive is scheduled to be at the Watkins Vil- lage Hall from 1-6:45 p.m. Wednes- day, July 27. The need for blood is crucial, especially for Type-O neg- ative. The double red machine will also be available. Previous donors will be contacted, but new donors are needed. With so many peo- ple using cell phones as their pri- mary telephone, some of the num- bers have changed. Lip sync competition for Kimball Days Participants needed The lip sync competition for Kimball Days is at St. Anne's start- ing at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13.
