The trip combines spiritual and physical exercise. Bikers gather at 4 p.m. Sunday for prayer at St. Gertrude's, with additional prayer stops along the way. The pilgrimage concludes with a rosary at the Grasshopper Chapel in Cold Spring. To receive a registration form contact St. Gertrude's Church at , include "Pilgrimage" in the subject, or go to to print out a registration form. Aug. 15, is the Feast of the Assumption in the Roman Cath- olic Calendar. While the prayer during the pilgrimage will reflect this theme, the pilgrimage is open to people of all faith traditions. If St. Gertrude's is contacted byAug. 7, arrangements can be made to get back to Forest City. With- out prearrangement, pilgrims are responsible for getting home once at Cold Spring.
