4b Page 24 Dozens enjoy 'free' swim in Watkins Watkins mayor Dennis Loch (inside the basket "cage") sponsored a free swim afternoon at the Watkins Pool Sunday, July 28. More than 60 individuals enjoyed the refreshing afternoon, and treats too. Another free swim is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 23, followed by a teen swim.
