A caller reported that the semi-truckand trailer had hazardous material placards posted on the trailer, and had rolled over on its side in the west ditch. The semi was driven by Joseph Curcio Jr., age 63, of Janesville Wis., and owned by Silver Arrow Express of Rockford Ill. Upon law enforcement's arrival, it ,as learned that the semi was carrying 55-gallon barrels containing materials marked hazardous and corrosive, all Rollover accident in Cosmos Twp. Wright County Sheriff's Office July 23, Benjamin PatrickKnowles, 32 of Maple Lake, was arrested in Maple Lake on the charges of inter- ference with a 911 call and domestic assault. July 24, Eric John Maurus, 30 of Howard Lake ,was arrested in Stearns County on Wright County warrants for domestic assault and fifth-degree assault. July 27, Eric Allen Parks, 24 of Annandale, was arrested in Corrina Township on the charge of third- degree DWI. There were 10 property-damage accidents, 2 personal-injury acci- dents, 4 hit-ahd-run accidents, and 1 car-deer accident. There were 15 arrests for DWI, 5 underage-consumption arrests, and 75 tickets for miscellaneous traf- fic violations issued this week. Meeker County Sheriff's Office Sunday. luly29 4:58 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a request to check the wel- fare of an individual at a residence on County State Aid Highway 30, Manan- nah Township. Eden Valley Rescue and Watkins Ambulance were also dis- patched to the residence for a possi- ble medical. The deputy filed a report and one individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital. 10:45 a.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted an individual with a civil mat- ter at a residence on Stearns Avenue North, Watkins. 10:48 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of theft from a residence on Western Avenue North, Watldns. 11:27 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a med- ical in Steams County on Linden Ave- nue East, Kimball. Prior to arriving Stearns County cancelled Watkins Ambulance. 12:20 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a DOA at a residence on Maple Lane, Grove City. The Coroner was also contacted. 6:08 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted with a possible theft at Jack's Standard, Service Road North, Watkins. 6:21 p.m. the Sheriff's Office advised an individual with a family dispute at a residence on Friedman Street, Eden Valley. Saturday, Iuly28 12:16 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint at an address on Meeker Avenue North, Wat- kins. Upon arrival three citations for minor consumption were issued. 9:29 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and paged out the Wat- kins Ambulance for a medical on Church Street, Watldns. One person was taken to St. Cloud Hospital. 11:45 p.m. the Sheriff's Office observed a suspicious activity in the area of County State Aid Highway 30 and 574th Avenue, Manannah Town- ship. The deputy made contact with two individuals and found all to be okay. Friday, luly 27 2:29 a.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to an alarm at a residence on 335th Street, Kingston Township. The deputy checked the residence and everything is secure. 1:44 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of unsafe conditions on MN Highway 15, Kingston Town- ship. The information was also relayed to the MN State Patrol. 2:09 p.m. the Sheriffs Office received a 911 call reporting unsafe conditions on MN Highway 15, Kings- ton Township. The State Patrol was notified and they also advised that MNDOT is aware of the problem and they have people en route to take care of the problem. 3:52 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a 911 cellular call report- ing an ATV accident with injuries on South Highway 22, Greenleaf Town- ship. Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue were paged out and Life Link was launched and landed on scene. The party was taken to Henne- pin County Medical Center. 6:39 p.m. the Sheriffs Office took a report of theft from a residence on 742nd Avenue, Kingston Township. Thursday, luly 26 1:27 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of harassment at a residence on 675th Avenue, Forest City Township. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of their options. 4:16 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a report of harassment at a residence on 675th Avenue, For- est City Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was advised of their options. 6:59 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a domestic situation at a resi- dence in the Watkins Trailer Park, War- kins. The deputy mediated the situa- tion. 8:27 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Central Avenue South, Watkins. The deputy located the vehicle and all was fine.
