Local crime blotters Wright County Sheriff's Office Aug. 12, Timothy Carl Weber, 38 of Annandale, was arrested in Annan- dale on a MN Department of Correc- tions warrant for probation violation. Aug. 12, Linda Sue Gipson, 52 of Annandale, was arrested in Buffalo on Wright County warrants for theft, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct. Aug. 14, Mark Reinhold Lies, 28 of Annandale, was arrested in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for fifth-degree controlled substance violation. Aug. 15, Travis Harlan Koch, 24 of Annandale, was charged with misde- meanor assault. Aug. 19.2013 1:32 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint at a park on Cedar Avenue and Church Street, City of Watkins. The deputy checked the park and. located a vehicle; the owner of which was contacted, responded and took possession of the keys and the found property. Sunday, August 18 10:18 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Central Avenue South, Watkins. The patient was treated on scene and no transport was needed. 11:43 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of harassing phone calls on 617th Street, Eden Valley. 4:24 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a cellular 9-1-1call report- ing a driving complaint on MN Highway 15, Kimball. The call was transferred to Stearns County Sheriff's Office. 6:29 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted an individual with a report of a hit and run accident that occurred at the Forest City Stockade, Forest City Township. 9:28 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. One individ- ual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital. 10:23 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a civil dispute at a residence on 320th Street, Kings- ton Township. The deputy made contact with both parties, medi- ated the situation, and there were no further issues. Saturday, August 17 2:16 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint at a residence on Meeker Stearns Street, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy made contact with the homeowner who was advised of the complaint and to keep the noise down. 2:15 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received an animal complaint at a residence on Western Avenue North, Watkins. 7:23 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a sus- picious vehicle at a residence on 309th Street, Kingston Township. The deputy checked the area and found that the vehicle had left prior to arrival. 8:24 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang- up call at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, City of Watkins. Deputies made contact and after investigation arrested Timothy Albin Dobis, age 49 of Watkins, on charges of domestic assault. 11:53 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff's Office, for a report of a medical at. a residence on Calumet Road, Fairhaven Town- ship. One individual was assisted at the scene. Friday, August 16 8:07 a.m.-the Sheriff's Office assisted the public at a residence on 320th Street, Kingston Town- ship. The deputy advised the indi- vidual of their options. 8:11 a.m. the Shbriff's Office responded to and dispatched Watkins Ambulance, Watkins Fire Department and the Watkins Res- cue Squad to a one-vehicle per- sonal injury accident on MN High- way 55, Stearns County. One indi- vidual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 11:04 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and took a report of a theft of gas at Jack's Standard on Veterans Drive, Watkins. 12:39 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the public at a residence on County State Aid Highway 30, Manannah Township. Some items were turned over to law enforce- ment for disposal. 3:14 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of the complaint. 5:14 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an animal complaint on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the cows were gone. 8:31 p.m. the Sheriff's Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call to the Wright County Sheriff's Office for a report of a cattle problem near a residence on 10th Street North- west, French Lake Township. 9:06 p.m. the Sheriff's Office arrested Chad Judson Elliott, age 28, Watkins, on 3rd Street South Watkins, on a Meeker County war- rant for probation violation. 10:48 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to assist the Stearns County Sheriff's Office with a civil dispute ending up at a residence on Meeker A'~enue North, City of Watkins. Thursday. August 15 1:04 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched the Eden Valley Res- cue Squad and the Watkins Ambu- lance to a medical on Eden View Drive, Stearns County. One indi- vidual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 6:55 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a possible sex crime/offense at an address on Western Avenue North, Watkins. 3:56 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of an Order for Harassment Violation at a res- idence on 367th Street, North Kingston Township. Wednesday, August 14 11:27 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report Of possible child abuse/maltreatment at a res- idence on Meeker Avenue South, Watkins. 12:56 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a custody issue at an address on County State Aid High- way 21, Kingston Township. The deputy made contact and advised of options. Tuesday, August 13 11:05 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of harassment at an address on Church Street South, Watkins. 12:57 p.m. while on patrol a dep- uty came across unsafe conditions on MN Highway 55 near 657th Ave- nue, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy assisted a truck driver with securing a load on his truck. 5:55 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the public at a residence on 367th Street, North Kingston Township. The deputy advised the individual of their options. 8:29 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched the Watkins Ambu- lance to a medical at a residence on CentralAvenue South, Watkins. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital. 9:46 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and took a report of a domestic situation at a residence on County State Aid Highway 27, Kingston Township. Monday, August 12 9:14 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a dog complaint at a residence on Western Avenue North, Watkins. 10:16 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm at Millner Heritage Winery, MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. All was found to be okay on arrival and it was a false alarm. 2:45 p.m. the Meeker County Sheriff's Office and the Dassel Fire Department responded to" 31344 CSAH 19 for a shed fire. The owner, Junice Anderson, age 70 of Kimball, had just mowed some grass and then put the mower back in the shed, and a short while later the 8x12 foot gardening shed burned. The shed and the items consisting of the lawn tractor, two tillers, a sprayer, a pull behind leaf rake, various hand tools and some antiques were a total loss. No one was injured as a result of this fire. The estimated total loss is approximately $8,000 and is under investigation by the Meeker County Sheriff's Office. 3:17 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a 9-1-1 hang up call from a residence on Cedar Avenue South, Watkins. A deputy responded and found all to be okay. 3:44 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of horses on the roadway near the intersection of County State Aid Highway 19 and 318th Street, Kingston Township. The owner was contacted and the horses were put back in their fence. 5:45 p.m. Meeker County Sher- iffs Office received a report of a structure fire and responded along with Litchfield and Eden Valley Fire Departments to the address of- 62316 300th street in Harvey Town- ship. The owner, Merlyn Maxon, age 68, was also present. The shed was fully engulfed upon the arrival of emergency personnel, and both the shed and its contents were a total loss. The shed contained a rider lawnmower, furniture, and various car parts. The fire also spread to a smaller shed nearby that was used for storing firewood only, caus- ing moderate damage to that shed. The total estimated loss of value is approximately $12,000. It was deter- mined that a rider lawnmower had started the fire after igniting for an unknown reason, and shortly after having been'used and parked in the shed. No persons were injured dur- ing this incident and it is currently under investigation by the Meeker County Sheriff's Office. 8:07 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious activity on 1st Street, Watkins. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicles were gone. V
