Aug. 16, Kenneth John Michel, 61 of Maple Lake, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for third- degree DWI violations. Aug. 19, Matthew Allen Menth, 32 of Clear Lake, was arrested in Maple Lake on the charge of giving false information to law enforcement and a Wright County warrant for criminal vehicular operation violations. Aug. 19, Daniel Lee Rasmussen, 63 of South Haven, was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of DWI. Aug. 19, Cynthia Lynn Nordberg, 49 of South Haven, was arrested in Annandale on the charge of domestic assault. Aug. 20, Michael David Goehring, 46 of Clearwater, was arrested in Clearwater on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. There were 28 property-damage accidents, 3 personal-injury accidents, 1 hit-and-run accident, and 4 car-deer accidents. There were 5 arrests for DWI, 1 underage-consumption arrest, and 57 tickets for miscellaneous traffic vio- lations reported this week. Meeker County Sheriff's Office Sunday. August 21, 2016 9:17 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a med- ical at a residence on Oak Street North in Kimball One individual was trans- ported to St. Cloud Hospital. 3:12 p.rrL the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on MN Highway 55 in Stearns County. One individual was transported to Paynesvilte Hospital. 5:31 p.m. the Sheriffs Office assisted an individual on Meeker Avenue South inWatkins. 7:37 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Watkins Rescue Squad and Watkins Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 647th Avenue in Forest Prairie Township. One individual was assisted at the residence and a transport was not needed. Saturday, August 20 2:01 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance, per the request of the Steams County Sheriffs Office, for a medical at a residence on Elm Street North in Kimball One indi- vidual was treated at the scene. 5:02 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Eden Valley Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on Steams Avenue East, City of Eden Valley. Medical personnel were canceled before they arrived as there was no longer a need for assistance. 8:00 p.m. the Sheriff's Office observed suspicious activity on County State Aid Highway 34 in Forest City Township. The deputy made contact with all individuals and found every- thing to be okay. 10:59 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a driving complaint near a residence on 365th Street in Forest Prairie Township. The deputy checked the area and found everything to he all quiet. Friday, August 19 1:10 p.m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a med- ical at an address on Central Avenue South in Watkins. One individual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital 1:20 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a parking complaint at a business on Central Avenue South in Watkins. The vehicle was gone before the deputy arrived. 1:50 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to an injured deer complaint on CSAH 17 in Forest Prairie Township. The deputy located the deer and dis- patched the animal. 4:25 p.m. the Sheriffs Office arrested Stephen Michael Rishkofski, age 40 of Clearwater on a Meeker County Apprehension and Detention order for a probation violation. 6:22 p.m. the Sheriffs Office took a report of a burglary at a residence on 670thAvenue in Darwin Township. 8:12 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a car/deer accident near the intersection of CSAH 19 and 318th Street in Kingston Township. The dep- uty located the driver and vehide and observedno damage to the vehicle; they were on their way a short time later. 8:29 p.m. the Sheriffs Office took a report of suspicious activity at a res- idence on 700th Avenue in Kingston Township. 8:31 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a report of a distur- bance at a residence on 300th Street, Harvey Township. The deputies, with the assistance of the Litchfield Police Department and Eden Valley Police Department, located the individual and after investigation arrested Damon Dwight "VWzederhoft, age 27 of Cosmos, for Driving While Intoxicated and Probation Violation. Thursday. August 18 1:13 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a person walk- ing in the middle of MN Highway 15 in Kingston Township. When deputies arrived, they were unable to locate the individual. 1:29 a.m. a Meeker County dep- uty came across an abandoned vehicle on MN Highway 15 in North Kingston Township. The owner of the vehicle was left a message to contact the Sheriffs Office. 4:18 a.m. the Sheriff's Office was en route to assist the Eden Valley Police Department on State Street North in Eden Valley but was cancelled. 8:49 a.m. the Sheriffs Office assisted the public at a residence on MN Highway 24 in Forest City Township. 6:23 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 288th Street in Forest City Township. The deputies found everything to be okay. 10:27 p.m. the Sheriff's Office con- ducted a traffic stop in the area of MN Highway 24 and CSAH 2 in Forest City Township. After investigation, the depu- ties issued a citation to the passenger for drng paraphernalia. Wednesday. August 17 1:15 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched the Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 657th Avenue in Forest Prairie Township. One indi- vidual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital 1:18 p.m. the Sheriffs offce received a report of a theft from a business on US Highway 12, Township. 7:37 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of alleged child maltreatment at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park in Watkins. 8:07 p.m. the Sheriff's Office was en route to assist the Eden Valley Police Department on Brooks Street in Eden Valley, but the request was cancelled before the deputy arrived PAGE 1016 August 25, Tuesday, August 16 1:18 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a report of threats made at a residence on 1st Street in Watkins. The individuals agreed to keep to themselves. 5:56 p.m. the Sheriffs Office unlocked a vehicle at a residence on Western Avenue South in Watkins. 7:37 p.m. the SherLffs Office took a report of harassment at a residence on 335th Street in Kingston Township. 9:23 p.m. the Sheriffs Office took a report of trespassing at a residence on 700th Avenue in Kingston Township. 10:32 p.m. the Sheriffs Office assisted the public at a residence on 3rd Street North inWatkins. Monday. August 15 7:31 am. the Sheriffs Office ass'~ed the Hutchinson Police Department at a residence on 670th Avenue, Darwin. Upon arrival of the depu~, Nicholas Kenneth Brahs, age 18 of Darwin, was arrested for charges on a Hutchinson Police Department case. 9:22 a~m. the Sheriffs Office dis- patched the Gold Cross Ambulance and Eden Valley Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on County State Aid Highway 3, Manannah Township. One individual was transported to the Meeker Memorial Hospital 10:10 a.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a report of a dog complaint on 746th Avenue in Kingston Township. The deputy left a message for the indi- vidual to call back. 2:23 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from an address on CSAH 4 in Kingston Township. Everything was determined tobeokay. 2:39 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of theft at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City.
