Thursday, September 16, 2010 Tri-County News Kimball, MN Students Youth Kimball Kruisers 4-H wrap-up The Kimball Kruisers 4-H'ers are wrapping up their 4-H year with some outstanding projects at the 2010 State Fair. For the first time in club history we had Chelsey Maus at the State Fair performing with the States Arts In-group. She was busy every day of the fair singing and danc- ing with 4-H'ers from around the state. She performed each day three times a day and was also busy working in the 4-H building. During the Livestock Encamp- ment, the club had pigs, chick- ens, and sheep showing at the fair. Congratulations to our blue ribbon winners - Macey Hurrle with her Ewe lamb, Kristina Kas- tanek with her poultry project and Luke Merten with his Febru- ary Ewe Lamb. Quentin Bryce also was there with his Crossbred Bar- row. Animals projects involve a lot of work and devotion from these 4-H'ers.
