Bianchi's 2004 Chrysler Pacifica was totaled and he had minor injuries. He refused medi- cal attention and was taken to the hospital by his wife. Both cows belonged to Jerome Romine of South Haven. Both cows died. Fugitive arrest in Texas Sunday, Oct. 24, the United States Marshal's Service found and arrested Karra Lynn Andrews, age 32, on a Steams County arrest warrant. Andrews is from St. Joseph, Minn. The initial warrant in this case was issued in Stearns County in mid-June for the offense of domestic assault and violation of an order for protection. Deputies from the Stearns County Sheriff's Office and officers from the St. Joseph Police Department worked together to try to locate Andrews. Investigating officers learned that Andrews had left the state with her infant son. They later found that Andrews was moving between Loui- siana and Texas. A subsequent depri- vation of parental fights case was started involving Andrews and the father of the child. From that case, an additiona~ warrant for the felony charge was issued. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office was in contact with the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office in Shreveport, La., and confirmed that Andrews and her son had been staying in the area. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office requested assistance from the U.S. Marshal's Service Fugitive Task Force, St. Paul, Minn., in locat- ing and apprehending Andrews. The Marshal's service was able to locate Andrews and arrested her near Mount Pleasant, Texas. Her infant son was with her and placed in protective custody. The father was contacted and the child returned to him. Andrews will be transported back to Stearns County for court on her outstand- ing warrants. Kimball Police Department Sunday, Oct. 31:4:30 p.m., cita- tion was issued after a traffic stop for driving after license suspen- sion; the driver was given a verbal warning for not having a valid driv- er's license in his possession. Wednesday, Oct. 27, 11:35 a.m. assisted with traffic control for funeral. During the month of October, the Kimball Police Dept. arrested two individuals (both in Fair Haven) on warrants for arrest. They issued 32 tickets for seat belt violations, 28 for speeding, 6 for driving after revocation or suspen- sion, 2 for driver's license violation, and 2 for stop sign violations. Tick- ets were also issued (one for each of these violations) for careless driv- ing, driving complaint, equipment violation, and insurance violation. The deputy made contact and issued minor consumptions and filed a report. 3:51 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of criminal dam- age to property that occurred at a residence on 360th Street, Eden Valley. 4:27 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a fight occurring at a residence on 700th Avenue, Dassel. The deputy made contact, mediated the situation, assisted in giving an individual a ride to their residence and filed a report. 5:15 a.m. the Sheriffs Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call to Stearns County Sheriffs Office for an incident occurring on County Road 34 and TTT Road, Eden Valley. 11:58 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a driving com- plaint on 3rd St South in the City of Watkins. The deputy made contact with the driver and was warned. 12:31 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a residential burglar alarm on 748th Ave, South Haven. Upon the deputies' arrival, the call was unfounded. 3:52 p.m. the Sheriff's Office was notified of a pipe broken at a Park in Watkins. The Deputy made con- tact with appropriate person to take care of the problem. 4:39 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a commercial burglar alarm on 722nd Avenue, Kingston. Upon the deputy's arrival, it was found to be a false alarm. 8:33 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a property damage accident on Central Avenue North, Watkins. Saturday, Oct. 30:5:42 a.m. the Sheriff's Office transferred a cel- lular 9-1-1 call to Stearns County Sheriff Department for an ani- mal complaint on Vails Lake Road, Eden Valley. 2:59 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a burglary at a residence on 2nd Street, Wat- kins. A report was taken. 8:22 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an animal complaint in the area of 300th Street and MN Highway 15, Dassel. The deputy removed the dead deer from the roadway. 9:42 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of harassment occur- ring on Church Street South. Eden Valley. 11:56 p.m. the Sheriff's Office observed a parking violation occur- ring in the area of 325th Street and 675th Avenue Watkins. After fur- ther investigation, it was deter- mined that a juvenile party was occurring at a residence. The dep- uties issued minor consumptions and a report was filed. Friday Oct. 29:9:39 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a theft by check at a business .on 748th Avenue, Dassel. 10:17 a.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of a missing juvenile at a residence on Meeker Avenue North, Watkins. The juvenile was found a short time later. 11:42 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a request to assist the pub- lic at a business on 4th Street North, Watkins. Upon arrival of the dep- uty the parties were assisted and advised of their options. 1:19 p.m. the Sheriff's Office arrested Michael Edwin Hurley, age 48, of Dassel, for a Probation Violation at a residence on Todd Street, Dassek 3:19 p.m: the: Sheriffs Office took a report of a burglary at a res- idence on County State Aid High- way 2, Watkins: 3:51 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a driving com- plaint in the city of Kimball. The call was transferred to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office. Thursday Oct. 28:2:28 p.m. the Sheriffs Office assisted Eden Valley Police with a domestic situation on Brooks Street North, Eden Valley. A report on the incident was filed. 4:06 p.m. the Sheriffs Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang up call from a residence on 375th Street, Eden Valley. Upon arrival of depu- ties, Harrison lames Fangmeier, age 22, of Willmar, was arrested for DUI and interference with a 9-1-1 call. 5:06 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on 738th Avenue, Kim- ball. A white female dog with long hair was taken to the pound. 5:32 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance and Kimball Rescue to a medical at a residence on 350th Street, Kim- ball. No transport was needed. Wednesday Oct. 27 7:05 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of unsafe condi- tions due to a tree down on County State Aid Highway 34, Watkins. Meeker County Highway was con- tacted to remove the tree. 2:12 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance and Eden Valley Rescue to a medical at a residence on MN Highway 22, Eden Valley. One individual was trans- ported to Paynesville Hospital. 4:34 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to report of harassment at a residence on Western Ave- nue North, Watkins. The deputy advised the party of his options. 4:35 p.m. the Sheriffs Office received a request to check the wel- fare of an individual in the Wat- kins Trailer Park, Watkins. A deputy arrived and found all to be okay. 4:39 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a sus- picious vehicle near a residence on 675th Avenue, Watkins. A pri- vate tow was contacted and a male party was given a ride to a hotel for the evening. 6:33 p.m. the Sheriff's Office took a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 325th Street, Wat- kins. 9:46 p.m. the Sheriff's Office came across an occupied stalled vehicle on County State Aid High- way 2, Watkins. The driver advised they were lost and the deputy assisted by giving directions. Tuesday Oct. 26:8:53 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of theft from a business on MN Highway 55, Watkins. A report was taken. 9:01 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of harass- ment at a residence in the Watkins Trailer park, Watkins. A report was taken. 9:09 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medical on Church Street, Wat- kins. One individual was trans- ported to St. Cloud Hospital. 1:07 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dis- patched Watkins Ambulance to a medical in Stearns Co. on Carne- lian Road, Kimball. One individual was transported to St. Cloud Hos- pital. 2:24 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of trespassing at an address on 705th Avenue, Dassel.
