Elub news Happy Winter to All from the Central Lakes Snowmobile Club. We are once again in full swing with Club activities preparing for another great year. Our club main- tains more than 30 miles of trails in the Watkins, Kimball, Pearl and Grand Lake areas as well as Kings- Watkins as well as north of Powder Ridge, so pay special attention to the signs in those areas. Our club is also hosting a snow- mobile safety/training class for Youth 12 and older. The DNR will provide a CD for training pur- poses, or you can pick one up monthly column in the Tri-County News for future upcoming events. We are also soon to launch our new website which will have cur- rent trail conditions, weather and club news/events. We have recently been out on our trails putting up signs, clear- ing brush and in some places, re- routing new trails. You will now find a new trail through the city of locally at Flash's Gas and Auto. Initial training is to be done at home and the final training will be completed with a test Saturday, Jan. 18, at the Watkins Fire Hall from 8 a.m.-12.
